All strand purchases are covered under warranty for 30 days. If for any reason a strand should break or become untied within that time frame, please contact us for a replacement at no cost to you.

Please include a picture of the broken strand and a description of how it broke or what you were doing at the time if applicable. This may allow us to troubleshoot the situation and prevent a recurrence.
