When I wear my waist beads, I feel empowered. I feel sensual and sexual and beautiful. I feel feminine, dainty and strong.

I feel worthy. 

I want that for you. 

As women, we are constantly being told that we are not enough. Not pretty enough, not skinny enough, not “this or that” enough. 

But you are enough. More than enough. 

I want you to be reminded of that when you look in the mirror and see your beads. I want you to fall in love with yourself over and over again as you feel them wrapping you in their forgiving embrace.

I want you to know that it’s okay. You can forgive yourself, and your beads will forgive you. Everyday is a new day to love on yourself. So love on yourself, and your beads will support you.
